Quote Process
Prodec Networks is focused on delivering ‘Service Excellence’. Through implementing this ‘Quote’ facility we’re able to provide a consistently high level of service to all our customers irrespective of global location.
During normal UK business hours (09:00 to 17:30), we’ll commit to responding to your requests within 1 hour. Outside of this time, we’ll respond by 10am the following business day.
Although this system is designed to be intuitive, here are the quick steps to get you started.
How do I obtain a quote?
If you’re a first-time user, please register your details to gain access to the quote facility. You’ll only need to complete this stage once.
If you’re already registered, please login.
Choose Cisco Products from the top menu

Filter through the subcategories or simply type your required product number into the ‘Search’ box.

Click
to add any item to your quote basket.

Once you’ve chosen all required products, click ‘View Current Items’ on the right hand side. This will allow you to change quantities or remove items from your request.

Click ‘Next Step’ to chose the level of maintenance you require and add any comments

Click ‘Request a Quote’.

If you only require a quote on 1 product, simply click
which will immediately take you through to the final screen.
At anytime you can verify the status of your requests by clicking on My Quotes on the left hand side.
For other manufacturers please choose Other Products from the top menu

Type your required manufacturer or product number into the ‘Search’ box.

Scroll down/across to ascertain required part and ‘check’ the corresponding box on the left hand side.
