Pre-failure, bottlenecks, back-ups and network exhaustion will all be monitored to further minimise downtime. Resolution or recommendation will follow immediately.

ProCare SILVER

A traditional Break/Fix maintenance contract at a standard per annum cost.

ProCare SILVER, designed for the Critical IT estate, where downtime is costly and damaging to the business. This “insurance policy” provides peace of mind that Prodec will resolve the issue within the SLA and no further IT support costs will be incurred.

ProCare BRONZE

This is an ideal solution for:

  • The cost conscious SME looking for professional IT support, who do not need the extensive features or proactive aspects of an annual maintenance contract 
  • SME’s that require an IT department but cannot justify a dedicated resource 
  • Companies looking to complement an in-house IT team or manager 
  • Backfill IT Staff – such as holiday or sickness cover. Pre-arranged invocation so that there is continuity of service, a formal hand-over, site familiarisation rather than using contractor resource. 
  • Us to deal with the low skilled tasks whilst your IT staff concentrate on the business strategy.  

A pre –paid service model, where the time can be allocated to:
