Prodec Networks has partnered with DHL, one of the largest logistics and delivery companies, to help facilitate a nationwide network of Field Service Locations (FSLs) housing a multi-million pound dedicated support stock.
The FSLs are located from Aberdeen in the north through to Plymouth in the south-west, in addition to Dublin, Belfast and the Channel Islands. Prodec Networks’ tightly monitored supplier key performance indicators ensure that a replacement part is en-route to its destination within *20 minutes.
Prodec Networks’ FSL network operates with the company’s existing support base enabling it to offer up to a two-hour 24x7 service to 98 percent of the business population throughout the UK.
It also uses on-site spares in certain situations, such when uptime is mission-critical or because geographical constraints could delay delivery.
* During normal business hours, 40 minutes at all other times.
Worldwide Coverage
International support is delivered through a combination of on-site spares and a ‘Next Flight Out’ service based at Heathrow.
