ProCare Emergency Assistance

Approximately 25% of all calls received by Prodec Networks’ 24x7 Technical Operations Centre are for ‘emergency requests’. These are fault calls for which no contract exists, yet due to its extensive stock holdings, Prodec Networks is able to deliver 98% of these requests within the SLA requested at time of the call.

Such impressive response is down to Prodec Networks’ foresight in making provision for emergency and ad hoc requests in its Master Services Agreement. Advanced planning ensures that the appropriate process flows, including authorisations, are already in place. This minimises the time from the initial request to dispatch.
