SmartCare Warranty

Prodec Networks offers an unequivocal, full, 12 month guarantee on all shipped product because we recognise that product or network failure can be catastrophic to a business  and seriously impact on its productivity - and consequently its competitive advantage.  We do not consider sufficient the 90 days return-to-base warranty offered by most manufacturers or the back-to-back manufacturer agreements  from many other resellers.  Should Prodec Networks supply a part which subsequently fails under warranty, we will take full ownership and arrange for a replacement to be shipped within the shortest possible time.

Prior to expiry of the inclusive 12 month warranty, we offer our clients an option to extend the warranty for 1, 3 or 5 years. Your Client Account Manager will be happy to discuss options with you in further detail.

Prodec Networks warranties and returns are subject to the acceptance of Prodec Networks standard terms and conditions, up to date accounts and associated RMA policies/procedures.

Return Materials Authorisation (RMA)

We have found in over a decade of trading that the majority of faults can be and are resolved by our highly qualified engineers within favourable timescales. Initially, therefore, in order to cause the least possible inconvenience to you, should you believe an RMA is necessary, please contact our Technical Engineers on 0118 960 2515 who will be happy to assist.

In the event that the fault persists, we will ask you to complete an RMA Request Form (see below for download). This is necessary to validate the product's warranty period. You will need to fax this back to 0118 970 6835 to be validated and our RMA department will email a returns label to be attached to the outside of the returns package.

Prodec Networks will carry out vigorous testing of the component and then either return a repaired product, complete with the quality testing report, or arrange dispatch of a replacement part where repair is not possible.
