Prodec Networks has unveiled a new name, new logo, and the formation of a new consolidation of specialised technology companies.

In July 2022, it was confirmed that Prodec Networks Ltd (“Prodec”) had been officially acquired by Fulcrum Pegasus Ltd, a Fulcrum Technology Holdings investee company. Prodec has since completed an extensive rebranding effort to support the next phase of its growth.
At the heart of this rebranding is the formation of an exciting consolidation of IT companies and a change in the company name and logo. Effective from January 23rd, 2023, Prodec Networks will operate under the new name, TIEVA.
Since its formation in 1998, Prodec Networks has enjoyed YTY growth and has established itself as one of the UK’s leading providers of business technology solutions and services. Over recent years it has been at the forefront of facilitating the digital workplace revolution and through its portfolio of innovative technology solutions, has enabled its customers to maximise their investment in technology and achieve greater business outcomes.
Rebranding to TIEVA marks the start of an exciting new era of growth for Prodec Networks and represents much more than just a change in name. Following its acquisition, Prodec was given the opportunity to expand and enhance its service capabilities through the formation of a consolidation of IT companies. Under the TIEVA brand, Prodec Networks is joined by Optm UK (previously Pure Technology Group) and together, they are the first companies confirmed in this consolidation.
The formation of TIEVA enables Prodec to provide even higher-value services to its customer and partners, through an extended team of technical talent, new services, technologies, and vendor relationships.
It is planned that this additional value will continue to strengthen in 2023 and beyond as Fulcrum Pegasus Ltd, continue to acquire and merge talent-rich organisations that fit TIEVA's acquisition profile in both the UK and across Europe.
